(December 27, 2018, 6:38 pm)I have not eaten at Little Caesar's in 25 years because I remember it as thick crusted, greasy cheapness of pizza that was good only after a night of partying hard.
I stopped at the Little Caesar's next to Great Clips (son had a haircut) to prepare for my teenage son and his friends' rainy afternoon of gaming. I figured they wouldn't care about a pizza being greasy, as long as they had something to eat.
I was surprised and delighted with what I came home with! I ordered pizzas, waited 12 minutes for them and then stuck them in my trunk. I had to make one more stop, so the pizzas were in my trunk for at least 15 minutes. When I opened the pizza at home, they were still hot! The sauce was awesome! The cheese was not waxy. The pepperoni was a little greasy, but what can you do? It's pepperoni! The crust was still crispy, too!
I ordered the super thin crust and it stood up to the toppings without flopping over or falling down. The pizza was really, really good!
We will be back, for sure!
