Papa Murphy's Take 'N' Bake Pizza

Great service friendly employee's good place to meet new people

Have been buying pizzas there for about 5 years, usually on Tuesday's when they have a large for $10. Recently, the employees who answer the phone seem to be lacking basic phone skills. During my most recent call, after I stated what I wanted, a large pizza with pepperoni, ham, mushrooms, and black olives, there was complete silence on the other end for about 30 seconds. I waited, not sure if I should say "are you still there?" Finally, the female asked for my name and phone number, and I gave it. When I went to pick it up, the young man said it would be $14, so I asked if they had discontinued the $10 special on Tuesday's. He said he'd go check. He came back and said it would be $10. This is the second time this has happened, so I inquired more. He seemed confused and ended up saying that they had a new manager and basically, he didn't know what he was supposed to do, but he deducted the $4 dollars off, and he also said that different managers had them do different things. I simply wanted to know what the policy was and if things had changed. Then I took my pizza, not even really looking at it. When I got home I was very unhappy. They gave me an ALL MEAT pizza! I spent about 20 minutes picking off sausage, ground beef, and salami. On the positive side, when the pizza order is correct, it is a tasty pizza, but from now on I'll be asking them to repeat the order back to me, and I'll be checking it BEFORE I leave the drive-thru.

Amazing pizza at quality price, easy to take home and bake, accepts EBT as payment as well as cash or card
