    Awesome place. Kept clean and most of the staff are friendly and professional. The GM is a great guy who goes out of his way to ensure his guests are happy.

    ‘Tis the nature of life for things to go wrong occasionally... this morning I ordered my usual americano coffee, and headed straight to work. I didn’t discover that something wasn’t quite right until it was too late however, so I stopped in after work to let them know that perhaps the machine needed cleaning or someone needed more training! I was pleasantly surprised when the manager on duty gave me a refund AND a fresh coffee! It IS still possible to get great customer service ???????? Thanks guys!

    The folks here are doing a great job! I just enjoyed the best McDonald's food and service I have had in a very long time. Do us all a favor and teach other franchisees nearby what you are doing and how, so everyone can benefit .

    Great service here in Yorktown IN. The staff in the mornings are fabulous. Diane is especially kind. The whole team works well together. I'm always in and out of there in under 7 minutes. It's amazing!!

    McDonald's on Madison Street. Lauren and Jane.. Love these girls.. They always take very good care of me, and even write cute notes on my cup of coffee... They just make my day start great...
