Bird's Smokehouse BBQ

Everything is so good here! My favorite is the brisket. It's delicious. But so too is their BBQ sauce! Found out that they sell the sauce and it's not a horrid cost either. Oh, and their potatoe salad is absolutely killer! I could eat it by the bucket.

The building is very nice. I had the brisket sandwich with mild sauce. Sauce tasted good. Fair amount of shredded meat for an $8 sandwich although I prefer chunks of brisket but it tasted like leftover beef roast in large part because it was missing the most important part; the burnt ends. The bun was a run of the mill hamburger bun. The sandwich was good not great. Fyi they are hiring.

Very nice location. Get a generous amount of meat for the price. Staff was super nice and very friendly. The ribs are a great size in meat, thick instead of the thin you see at some places. Meat was also very juicy. They put some sauce on the meat and then have bottles at the table for more if you need it. Love the food.

If you've never been there. Then your life isn't complete yet I promise you. The ribs there fall of the bone and their BBQ sauce is to die for. You have to come here it is a blessing!!!

I thought the pulled pork on the sandwich was high-quality. The mild sauce complimented it well. I also enjoyed the baked beans and potato salad and think the sweet iced tea is some of the best I ever drank. I wish they offered a larger cup! I highly recommend.
