One of our favorites! Love biking for ice cream on warm summer evenings!

Before I get into my official ranking, there are some things I'd like to disclaim. I've only tried their pies twice now. Also their ice cream is a pleasant surprise potentially the second best local ice cream only following up the chief. However, this ranking is specific to the pizza NOT the ice cream per usual as I dont pretend to be an expert in ice cream.
Anyways back to the review this pizza comes in at about a 7.9.
Sauce: great home made sauce unique with light elements of acidity that offer a lasting sauce flavor which makes the sauce this pies featured ingredient and it serves that role well, making up for shortcomings and distractions elsewhere in the taste profile.
Crust: quite a bit of flop on this pie holds a fresh crisp folded crust at the back of the pie but almost a two hand pizza because of the lack of crisp to hold up the dough. The dough seems fresh and serves as a platform for the ingredients doesnt distract you but doesnt standout.
Cheese: 100 percent mozzarella and that's good in my book, wonderful taste strong holding flavor that pairs great with the sauce the cheese doesnt set on the crust because of the lack of crisp structure in the dough so you end up pulling the cheese off with every bite.
Toppings: The toppings is where I find my main flaw with this pizza the pepperoni is good no complaints here set underneath the cheese not on top, which is typically the only complaint I have. However the mushrooms taste like they are straight from the can and have a oily preservative texture to them which overwhelms with the amount of mushrooms, maybe ask for light mushrooms or just avoid them all together.
Overall I really like this pizza and will eat here again it's one of the higher quality pizza places in the area guaranteed and seems to put out a consistent pie each time I've gone. If you like sauce this is the place for you!!

Love the pizza but a large sometimes is just not enough

Always the best pizza I've ever had, plus the sides are awesome.
