    I was just in there last night and got some food off the roller grill the one piece of food was good but the other one was dry and nasty they normally have good food but that time they didn’t

    Best customer service. They have fired all the bad cashiers and hired more experienced and friendly people.

    I have had both positive and negative experiences with cashier's at this particular store. Last night I was on my way home from a really bad night at work. I stopped at this particular 711 to grab a coffee and as I was getting my coffee the cashier must of noticed I was crying, she put her hand on my shoulder and asked me if I was ok and asked me if I needed a hug..just a simple gesture as this completely turned my night around. I just wish there were more people in this world like Anne..thank you so much for your kindness.
