Small but well executed menu and a nice selection of their own brews. Looking forward to seeing what this new place can do as it hits it's stride.

First time here, only been open a month.
Got a flight, good selection of beer from dark stouts to a really light wheat.
Ryan comes from GBCO so very familiar with his beers, they are all on point.
Food was exceptional, service was really good out on the patio by the water.
Took a nice walk afterwords down the race.
Prices were in line with most other breweries.
Will be back for sure.

Ordered a simple burger and fries. The fries were excellent and the burger had that delicious charbroiled taste you can only get from a grill. I can't wait to sample more meals from Hydraulic!

Pretty good beer selection. Tried five different styles and liked each one. With such a small menu I recommend getting a couple items and sharing them all to try everything. Kimchi fries and fried okra is delicious. Beef cheek tacos were super tender and flavorful. Can't wait to see what they do in the future!

Great location. The beer was on point. The food was was amazing. I can't wait to go again to try everything else. I expect great things from this place in the future.
