I’m not really one to make these kind of reviews I just simply don’t go back for a while ! However I want to give some feedback because since I work close by I really want this location to succeed. I will start by saying my portions haven’t been consistent at all the 3 times I’ve been so far. I’m unsure if there’s a set portion amount but I’m just going to go out on a limb and say there is. As a prior manager at a restaurant CONSISTANCY will save you a lot of headache from customers !
Now the next experience is not mine but one that I witnessed. I was behind a gentleman that was trying to use a gift card. There was something going on with it (come to find out she was not trained on how to redeem a gift card) which is fine obviously the employees are still learning the ropes HOWEVER, it was the way she acted in the situation. Rolled her eyes, laughing with her coworker about it, and CUSSING just in my opinion being very rude to the customer they were helping. I was taken a back to say the least. They finally called the manager over and he showed them how. She was decent to me, I guess if I was having trouble with payment it would have turned out differently…
Let me start by saying the workers are so nice and I can tell they’re trying really hard. That being said my complaints are a lot like some other ones I read, ordering online or on the app is the WRONG MOVE. You pull up and see a line that’s wrapping around the parking lot so you (wrongly) assume that you made the smart decision in ordering ahead. My order was said to be ready at 5:50 and now at 7:00 it’s not ready. They’re struggling really hard and it’s frustrating for everyone. I know it’s not likely but i wonder if they should just remove the option of online ordering for the time being until they can regulate orders better.
Glad it's finally open! Ordered online and went through the chipotlane to pick up. Was met with a smile and got my food very fast!
Food was delicious. Have no complaints would definitely be going again.
