Everything you could ask for in a restaurant... seriously.! By FAR the best home-cooked meals, restaurant in town ! Everyone is super friendly, the atmosphere is sooo heavy with nostalgia from the sweet elderly people that come religiously on a daily basis to the conversations held amongst them all about “the good ole days”.. it feels just like home. You can’t find home cooking anymore that even makes REAL potatoes, but they do here! I’m just sorry I didn’t find this place sooner. You will surely fall in love with something off their wide variety of a menu and the friendliest staff you’ll ever meet will have you coming back just for that! So stop reading reviews now and just go! You wont be sorry ❤️
One of the better breakfasts in town. Don't wait to be seated here. Find a seat quick. Super friendly waitresses. They have daily specials and sometimes get creative. I tried the meatloaf melt and was pleasantly surprised. Breakfast is cooked to order and they have really good bacon. Biscuits and gravy is popular here too. They can cook an egg over easy.
Family favorite breakfast spot and they have really good daily specials. Our favorite being the walleye on Fridays. Saturday special of rib eye and eggs is another favorite in our family. The wait staff are super friendly and interactive. The restaurant is very family friendly and definitely has a local crowd. Theres always a recognizable face when you walk in the doors. Very laid back atmosphere and somewhere you could sit and chat for an extended time over coffee with a friend.
Nice quaint little place. Very clean , service was great too. Had 2 dinners & & pie for less than $ 20. Highly recommend this place! Go away hungry it's your problem. ..
Good variety of food. Very good waitress, unfortunately, both times I have been there, she was the only waitress. Also they close at 6:00 pm - seems a little early - if you get off work at 5:00 and go home to clean up first, you'll have a hard time getting there before they close.
Seems to be a nice home town place with a lot of regulars. I didn't realize they had dessert until I was already paying my bill. I'll have to try something next time I eat there.
