Bearno's Pizza

It's good, not the best but better than most

They have great pizza and the breaded mushrooms were amazing we plan on going back as we are in the area for work. It was a friendly environment and a great place to catch a game while you grab a bite!

Lunch buffet is pretty decent. Baked spaghetti was quite good, surprisingly so. A great quick lunch if your in the area.

The service and food were both excellent. The other patrons were friendly and everyone was enjoying the IU game that was on. They seem to have a great selection of beers. The establishment was clean, including the restrooms. Bearnos has a diverse menu, I plan on returning soon to try other options.

The pizza was great. The service- not so much. Our server would not make eye contact and asked how we were doing while passing our table as if we were an afterthought. They were not busy- our server had one other table besides ours. I have never felt the need to review a place based on its poor service, but this is the exception. It got to the point where her dismissal became insulting. I was very much given the impression that it was an issue that we are a gay couple, based on her completely different attitude towards everyone else. I am not going to call our server out by name, but I will say that I was offended and upset by our treatment, especially given that we were very polite and inoffensive the entire time. I hope that she was just having a bad day, because I imagine that anyone else who has been treated in the same manner as we were by this server will not be returning. I know we won't be going back for any reason. The pizza was really very good though.
