The best pizza in town, with a mission. Non-profit. Helping the community. Reasonable prices. A 12” pizza costs $7-11 and will feed 2 normal sized men. My friend and I ate here and we each ate less than half of our 12” pizzas. A 16” is $13-16 and almost 80% bigger. Very light & delicate crust. The perfect golden brown. Everything tasted delicious. Gourmet quality. They have the highest average rating in town here on Google Maps and high ratings on Yelp too. I also like Charlestown Pizza, but this is the best and closer to Louisville. I have turned several friends on to this place and we all agree it’s the best pizza and crust in the region.

Pay what you can afford and volunteer or pay menu suggested prices or pay it forward and volunteer to help others enjoy. Their hours are limited right now. Just open 20 hours and four days week. They don’t even have a permanent sign, just a sidewalk placard. But it’s a hidden gem and worth going any time they are open. They do good work and I hope they grow and expand their hours and locations as they desire.

It is in the back. You pull in by the southern edge of Fairview Cemetery across the street. Double check their hours on the website or Google Maps as they changed recently and are closed Saturday.

This place offered a great opportunity for my 7th grader and her friend to do some volunteer work. It was such short notice from us and they were just so accomodating and welcoming. Sweet and friendly people can be found here, they really care about the community. After my daughter and her friend volunteered they took home a pizza. I didn't know what to expect and was pleased at the quality and taste of their pepperoni pizza. Good job all around 8th Street pizza!

Pizza is great but their mission is even better! They are helping the underprivileged and homeless in so many ways and everytime you order their pizza it helps them to do more! You can even sign up to volunteer! What amazing people to give so freely of their time and hard work!

I thoroughly enjoyed the pizza and the atmosphere. The giant tv was great to watch the game.
