Parlour New Albany

Nice renovation, pizza is great

This is from my experience on 12/09.

We thought we would try the new location in New Albany, we have loved the location in Jeffersonville.

Overall Experience: 7/10

Taste of Food: 9/10
Food:
Garlic Breadsticks; 10/10
(These came out with our pizza so they were cold)
Thai Chili Chicken Pizza; 8/10
(Needed more sauce, when we asked for more sauce we were charged)
Small Kids Pizza: They are kids, they didn’t complain.

Service: 5/10
The server consistently kept bypassing our table. We asked for several items, and she kept forgetting to bring them. Our appetizer was brought out with our food, which was annoying. We didn’t even want it at that point. When I asked for the check, she stood next to our table and told me my price, no receipt. When I asked for a receipt she rolled her eyes and got me one. (That’s how I found out we were charged for extra Thai chili sauce). I don’t like how you have to tip in front of the server. I think you should be given a receipt and that should be done privately.

Great place to work and eat great food.

Great food and customer service. I picked up an online order last night. Once getting home, I noticed that I didn’t receive the pizza (Buffalo chicken). I called the company, and a rep (I didn’t get her name) told me that it was unacceptable to not get the pizza. She asked me what I wanted. I just asked for the pizza. She promised that it would be ready when I got there. When I got to the restaurant, I found out that they refunded the cost of the pizza and gave me a larger size. Plus the pizza, salad, and free breadsticks were very tasty. A huge fan of Parlour!

Other than they have Pepsi products (yuck!) the food and service was really good!
