“Food was mostly mediocre although I have to admit the Cajun pasta was pretty enjoyable. Staff was also really kind! The cleanliness was awful though. I stepped into the bathroom and it looked like something from a murder scene or a horror movie. There was toilet paper with human feces hanging all out of the trash can. You couldn't even use the trash can without touching said toilet paper. And the toilet itself had a red substance splattered acrossed it and inside. there also wasn't any toilet paper and the rest of the bathroom was just dirty. Upkeep of the facilities didn't seem like a priority. However when I notified staff they seemed pretty nice about it but I never did see them actually fix it before I left. I can get over mediocre taste but I probably won't return because of that experience with cleanliness.”

“My family typically goes to this location for the ice cream. I have to say, they make the best Blizzards. The cookie dough is my favorite and they chock your Blizzard full of the cookie dough. I've been to some Dairy Queens that you can't even tell anything's been put in the blizzard! Staff is typically friendly and accommodating.”

“So, most of the time when you go into a fast food restaurant, you get fast service with no attention to customer service though. Penn station totally breaks the mold. The staff and go above and beyond to be personable kind and attentive to help you out if you have any questions and won't hesitate to ask you if you need help before you ask them. I almost want to go back there just to visit the staff not even to get the food there. That, however, that would be a little bit difficult considering their sandwiches are so great too.”
