McDonald's

While they did forget one small item on my order, I wasn’t even upset in the slightest because of the honesty and fun attitude of the man who brought the food out to me in the drive through. It was a large order. The man says, “ I sure hope everything is there, and if not I’m sorry” but in such a fun and happy way I just appreciated the happy customer service.

McDonald's is fairly consistent across the board. Typically this means that there are two options, you get everything quickly or you wait forever. If the food is fresh and your order is correct, it's good. Its solid fast food. But when they are slammed or having a rough day, you may get cold food or a mishmash of what you ordered. The managers are great about making sure to correct your order if its messed up, but it can be frustrating having to call to correct an order you just got from the drive thru or having to go to the counter. They did recently get the self serve kiosks which haven't significantly changed the odds of getting everything fresh or correct but do allow you to place your entire order without speaking to anyone which can be nice. The downside is that some items arent there like the 4 piece nugget and customizing your food sucks. But hey it cuts down on how much you have to people.
