Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I like Red Robin. I like the burgers, I like the unlimited sides, I like the drinks. The service is typically fair to middling though the last time I was there with co-workers the server seemed a little perturbed to be serving us. I ask questions, I want my food right otherwise what am I paying for, the dubious pleasure of your company? And if it's not right I'm sending it back so let's save us all some time. Actually, this last time I did have to send it back cause they got it wrong. The server brought it back with no issues and corrected the problem but the second burger was lukewarm.

Here's why they still get a 4 and not a lower rating, the manager came by and asked how everything was, and listened when I told her the issue. She offered to make it right with no pushback. That's really all I needed. Most of my Red Robin experiences at this location have been pretty good and the few times they weren't they fixed it. And the burgers are good. That's really all I need.

I walked in with a friend just 20 minutes before closing and we still received fantastic service. Prices are a little higher than comparable restaurants but you also get larger portions. Full bar. Amazing root beer floats. Super amiable staff. Clean, dark environment.

We were able to get a seat in the bar and bypass the wait. We've been seated with Whitney before and she never disappoints. Her service and attention are always on point. The kitchen was quick and the food hot, especially the fries. Red Robin is pretty consistent and somewhat less expensive than some of the other burger places around. Thanks again Whitney.
