Tina's Traditional Old English Tea Room & Tavern

Fun atmosphere, unique setting! I'd give the service a 5, the tea/food a 5, but the cutlery was a bit dirty and our table was slanted. Overall, fantastic experience. Tina herself explained how everything is home made, from scratch. A great idea for a special occasion or fun day out. Call ahead for reservations.

Tea is quality! Tina is great and all staff are really friendly and wonderful service. They serve gluten free tea sandwiches and biscuits and cakes, and make all of them in house ! Their Jams are Very yummy
I do wish they served a local honey of sorts instead of packets...and some sort of milk alternative for lactose intolerance :)

We had Tina's cater a living room concert for my radio show in Dec 2018. A wide variety of desserts were available and they were a huge hit! We're still getting comments 2+ months later.

It was 5 years ago this weekend we first had an event at a Tina's location, for a big birthday party. Since then, multiple experiences, all first rate.

There's no place like this place anywhere around here at all. Whether you'd like a proper cuppa tea (nearly impossible around here) or some authentic scones or tarts, you're in for a treat.

I love coming to Tina's! The tea is delicious, and so is the food! I highly recommend the high tea for a first (or any) time experience. The service is always super friendly. Coming to Tina's feels like stepping into another world for a bit.

Tina's Tea Room was fantastic. We came to Tina's as a large group and they were able to handle our large group, as well as the few diet restrictions, very well. Even though the place was packed, their service was attentive And timely. The full afternoon tea that our group got was made up of mini desserts and tea sandwiches and they were all fantastic. I use that term, fantastic, a lot in this review, but it is justified. If you've ever wanted the full afternoon tea experience, this is the place to go. Just bear in mind that a full afternoon tea is expensive. But that is not a Tina's thing, that is just the way full afternoon teas go, no matter where you get them.
