Puccini's Smiling Teeth Pizza & Pasta

Had an issue Saturday (2/22/20) where I came in and paid for my takeout and was waiting by the counter but the employees forgot to tell me my takeout was ready. Waited over an hour patiently until they realized the issue. They refunded my takeout and handled the situation good overall. Aside from that, I’ve always had a great experience at this location

They got slammed on Friday night and kitchen could not keep up. They were working like dogs. Waited a long time and we drank 5 beers, then they brought us a zero bill. Excellent pizza but it was disheveled given the chaos behind the scenes. They need help. If you kid wants to appreciate how difficult it is to create work ethic, have them work a couple of shifts here. I will go back and I hope they keep working hard until things calm down. Always leave a tip, even if your food gets comped.

Best Pizza we’ve found in the Indy-area in our 23 years here. Not as superior as where I’m from (New Orleans,) however any Indiana food rarely comes close. Gluten-free crust is excellent. High-quality ingredients. Conscientious, kind staff who get our orders right. We are repeat customers at this new Carmel location and, previously, at the one on 86th Street.

Beautiful restaurant. Had a large pizza. Asked for it cooked crispy. It was perfect! Salads were delicious as usual. Good selection of beers on tap and wine as well! Service was top notch!! Overall experience was great. We will be back ????
