Upland Brewing Clay Terrace

Food was very meh. I got the beer burger and the beer cheese was split and way overcooked. Fries were pretty good. The Nachos with spicy beef are a total miss. Most of the cheese was on the bottom of the paper. It also had random clumps of beans and four entire jalapeno slices. For almost $20 (with a small cup of sour cream), you might be better off trying something else. Our server showed up to take our order and when we paid. The rest of the folks here ran everything else out. One nice gentleman brought us waters until our server finally came over. The location is really nice. I could see this spot being successful if you are looking for some good drinks and a relaxed setting. Overall, I would try another spot. I will give it another try in a few months.

Sat at the bar top. Jay was great and on top of it. It goes without saying that the beer was cold and amazing!
The hummus was a nice start. Very fresh, crisp veggies, chips and warm pitas to dip.
When I tell you, the salmon entre was the best fish Ive ever had!!! Highly recommend!

The fish & chips were really good and our server, Maddie, was great. Highly recommend the Teddy Bear Kisses Imperial Stout. Only thing missing was a drink menu on the table for people that don't drink beer. Saw a woman at another table drinking a glass of wine but sadly I'd already ordered tea.

Superb bar experience! Opening night and had a welcomed greeting at our bar seats from Jay. He asked questions and offered ideas on what to get. We planned on just the drinks, Raspberry Sour and Oktoberfest, but had a late night snack of the Spin Dip. The pita bread was great with it. We will definitely be back to try more. Thanks!
