Adel's Gyros

Fantastic gyro and even better service. The owners make you feel like family! I'll definitely be stopping here when I'm passing through Indy again to check out their new restaurant opening up next door.

The couple running this place are friendly as can be and act like they've known you forever! It looks like they love what they do, and it is reflected in the little restaurant they run.

I thought the price was a little high for a gyro - until I saw it. I didn't measure, but it was probably a good 8 inches long and too thick to get your mouth around. It was a mound of delicious meat with onions, tomatoes, and tzatziki sauce on the side for you to add as you see fit. It took me a full two meals to eat the thing.

Love love love this place. Family run and personal! Food is cooked to order right in front of you. I've ordered fries before and had them dropped and fried right in front of me several times! It's good and fresh and made with love. I've never had to wait and I wish I still worked closer so I could run out on my lunch breaks.

The restaurant isn't much to look at and it's a bit worn and well loved, but it's always clean and never any bad smells. Don't pass this up because appearance. This is one of the best places.

Today was my first visit and I will be back!! George greeted me and was very warm and helped me with my order. The food is AMAZING! Hands down the best gyro I've ever had. If you want great food and friendly service, check Adel's out.... now!!
