    Love the food and I haven't had bad service yet UNLESS I try to call in an order. Tried at least 5 times to get a person Finally gave up and went in to order. Seems that they are having phone issues. Pretty good food though.

    Do not understand this chain's popularity. My lunch was considerably better than the one I had at the keystone crossing braNch but the chicken atop my salad was small and overcooked. There was no balsamic vinaigrette dressing even tho it was specified on the menu. Service was slow and prices high. Tea was so weak it looked like green tea and we had to refill our $2.50 cups of coffee ourselves from a nearby service bar. The water carafes on the tables are appreciated and it is bright and clean
