Cafe Korea

We visit Cafe Korea pretty regularly for the Korean BBQ. For our family of three, we normally order two orders of beef bulgogi to grill ourselves at the table. The BBQ orders come with a small soup and salad prior to the main course. The main course comes with two small dipping sauces and rice per person. In addition, the table gets several small Korean side dishes and lettuce that are refilled on request. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is modern and very clean. There are larger tables available for larger families or groups. If you are not interested in grilling your own food you can choose to sit in the area without grills and order from the menu.

6 people, $180. We had the "cook your own" large BBQ entree. Well the staff was very, very nice, and they were quite accommodating.... It just wasn't worth the sticker shock.

Advertising of food and drinks isn't completely accurate. Service was great. Food was bland until you added sauce to it. The sauce makes the food. Great atmosphere and pleasant staff. Wouldn't call it my favorite place but would probably come again in a group setting.

This is a beautiful place. I misjudged it from the outside and walked in and discovered a beautifully decorated clean space with great customer service. We did the side where you cook the food yourself. I do think they could do a better job at asking if it's your first time and explaining everything once you sit down instead of assuming you have been there. But besides that, once we understood the process it was extremely enjoyable. Great date night idea. Yes we pay to cook our own food ???? but it's so seasoned and delicious. They give you a good portion of meat, good amount of different veggies and dips rice and soup. My husband tried the sake and loved it. Overall a great experience.

Probably the best Korean in the northern half of central Indiana (not yet tried anything down south, like Sisters). Only down side is it's quite pricey for regular menu items. I suppose they're riding the Korean fad. Great place for lunch. Also pretty good for grilling. Wife's Korean, so we have much better at home, but if you don't have that capability, then I'd recommend.
