The original Ramen (pictured) is very tasty and filling. It's busy so don't expect anything to happen fast here. Great place to hang out and socialize, prices are reasonable so you should be able to have a good time.
We came at 11am on a Friday when they opened and were the first ones there. The lunch crowd started to come in closer to 11:45.
I had the Miso Garlic Tan Tan special that is offered only through 2/28/23. My SO had the Tonkotsu Red (red bowl pic) at spice level 6. They charge an extra dollar for any level above that. The noodles were chewy and the broth flavorful with lots of texture in the ingredient mix. The ambience is for the younger set (think loud music and upscale decor). Our waitress was very nice.
We would be back more often if they offered a lunch menu. Our dishes were $17-19 each.
So many vegan options! The food and atmosphere are going to be hard to beat! My food was flavorful and I got it pretty fast. I love that you can see the kitchen. They have a great system going on. It way too pricy to customize your order, but maybe that's by design to help them be so efficient. I will be back.
The ramen spot to beat! We ordered some of the caramelized cauliflower and gyoza. Both were excellent. I recommended mixing a little of the hot sauce in with the Gupta dipping sauce.
Each of our ramens were tasty as well. The spicy ramen lets you chose a level between 1 and 10. I went with 4 and it was slightly on the spicy side but so good.
Overall the atmosphere and food will be difficult for any other ramen place to beat. Highly recommended The ramen spot to beat! We ordered some of the caramelized cauliflower and gyoza. Both were excellent. I recommended mixing a little of the hot sauce in with the Gupta dipping sauce.
