    Service is always spotty especially during lunch, ordered a regular coke in drive thru just to get a diet. Sometimes you get out of there fast or waiting for 30 minutes for your food.

    There are two drive thru lanes which speed things up and it's a good thing because there is almost always a line. The staff is pleasant and quick to get things out. It's basic McDonald's food. But if you are in Cicero and want a Big Mac, you'll be treated well.
