    Always quality food, customer service is a 8 of 10 just wish the lemonade wasnt a hustle to refill. Great staff there.

    Penn Station serves up my favorite fries and this location always does so with excellence. We are always greeted warmly when we walk in, served promptly, and enjoy good, hot food, prepared as ordered.

    Customer Service was civil at best. Giving it 4 stars only because I have usually had much better service in the past.

    This location seems to be consistently efficient, clean and serving high quality food. The last visit was a mobile order. I arrived later than expected yet the sandwiches were piping hot and the fries were dropped when I arrived, eliminating cold food all around. These are the factors that make a 5 star rating.
