Everything was especially flavorful. We didn't order anything unique - quesadilla and fish and chips - but both surprised us with how flavorful they were. Would absolutely recommend.
Went here for lunch today. I was greeted quickly, not another soul in the place, seated and given a water. The service was really good. Had a sandwich called the 3 Pigs(?). It was smoked pork, bacon, and ham on an egg bun. It was very, very good. The price was a little high but this is a donwtown location (read:high rents). I get the feeling this place might be really happening on a Friday or Saturday but skip it for lunch unless you are on an expense account. I would love to try this place for dinner and drinks.
Really good food and service. We went with a large group that included children and it was very family friendly. We did call ahead and let them know about our group and I think that helped.
I first stumbled on this absolute gem of a restaurant by accident (being right on one of the main highways from my town as it cuts through downtown Noblesville), but I'm so glad I did. Copper Still is a wonderful place to call "home bar;" the people are great, the food is fantastic, and they always keep a good rotation of craft beers on tap to keep things fresh. Even if the bar side isn't your thing (it never gets rowdy though, don't worry), they have a decent-sized family dining area as well. I've tried most of their menu by this point, and have yet to have anything that wasn't great. If you want a relaxed atmosphere to hang out in and have some fantastic (while still easily affordable!) food, this is your place.
I can't speak for the dining area here, but the bar and the folks working the bar are great. Perfect for after dinner, late night, weekday or weekend drinks and eats. Musical performance calendar available too. Large beer, wine, cider, nectar, whiskey bourbon list.
