Marco's Pizza

I brought my family in to eat dinner & had a wonderful experience. Every staff member was so polite to me and my three children. My pizzas looked like something out of a magazine & tasted wonderful as well. This was our first experience eating at a Marco's Pizza! We really loved it.

In my opinion it’s the best take out pizza and the Carmel employees are awesome!

Great pizza. I'm from Chicago, so I can't give it a 5-star because I've had truly amazing pizza, but a 4-star from me down here in Indy is darn good. The crust is light, buttery, and crispy without being hard and crunchy. The toppings are all fresh-tasting, and it's not oily or overly cheesy. Really good pizza, by my standards.

My family and I have been trying different pizzas around the area looking for good quality pizza. We have never had Marco’s Pizza until last night, Saturday, October 6, 2018. I will say that we were all extremely pleased with the quality and taste of the pizza. We will definitely be back again. One great note is that you can choose how you want your pizza cooked (light, normal, or well done). My family and I enjoy crispy crust so the well done feature was a success. I have not had the opportunity to order that way from other pizza restaurants. Well done Marco’s!!!! You have been given a 5-Star rating from my family.

I placed an order for pick-up and the gentleman repeated the correct order back to me. We quickly picked up the pizza and made our way home asap as the baby was screaming his head off with his grandpa. My husband mentioned that every employee in the store had excellent customer service and worked enthusiastically.

We got home and one of the pizzas was incorrect. I called the store and spoke with Miranda. She was very attentive and offered to either refund the pizza or have another pizza delivered. We opted for the latter, and even though we live outside of their delivery range, they ensured they'd have it delivered due to their mistake.

The pizza arrived in less than a half hour. I tried to tip the driver, but he absolutely refused to take the tip because the mistake was Marco's.

I had Marco's for the first time about 2 weeks ago and was extremely impressed by the taste of the pizza. It's been a very long time since I had had pizza that delicious. The customer service is the cherry on top. We'll definitely be regulars! You can rarely find great customer service anymore, but we did tonight.
