“Pizza was good, table service was good. Overall, service was not good or appropriate. They have a "good luck" special today for $7.77 off a $35 bill. We met friends there and put tables together & seated 14 people with 7 bills. We probably spent $300 or more with entrees, appetizers & drinks. When we went to pay we requested the discount and were told only 1 discount per table. Email offering the discount said 1 per table but we had 6 or so tables. Still would not honor more than 1 discount. So 1 couple got the discount even though we had 6 or so tables. Certainly they can hang their hat on the 1 per table limit but come on - $7.77 discount on a $300 + bill. Hope they don't have to lay anyone off for that loss. Their pizzas are good but there are lots of other pizza places and many have pizzas for $5 to $7.50 each, not the $22 theirs cost.”

“I brought my client with disabilities here to grab a coffee and donut. The cashier and worker in the back seemed very nice and the food came out quickly. But another worker continued to mop in the walking path forcing one customer to squeeze around her mop bucket to get out then mopped so close to me and my client that we literally had to move to get out of her way. My client can’t walk very well in slick situations so it made it difficult for her to be independent and get up to get her own napkins. There were no customers after we ordered and sat down. I feel like that could have done a better job of being more considerate and waiting to mop for the the safety of the customers, especially one with disabilities and already has some difficulty with balance.”

“I tell you, when I think of bw's, I expect adequate food, and adequate service. Nothing more. Tonight's visit is the first one I've made to this location in quite some time, but food and service were off the scale. They have some new stupid policies that really are of no fault of the customer, but overall the bartender did a great job, and my food was pretty great. I was pleasantly surprised to say the least.”

“Worked with the Bridgewater Club on my Daughter's Bridal Shower. They were simply amazing! Jena our coordinator was wonderful. She helped me plan the event. The chef came out and spoke with me regarding our menu which I thought was such a nice touch. That day our coordinator, Kayla, just did an amazing job! She took such great care of us! As the mother of the bride I wanted everything perfect and Bridgewater Club went over and above my expectations! Pricing was reasonable, food was delicious, and our event room was gorgeous! I strongly recommend the Bridgewater Club and their staff.”

“Fairly standard pad Thai. Uninspired (I'm sorry that's pretentious but that's the word to describe this). The fresh spring rolls were fresh and crisp; not rolled well so fell apart as soon as I picked it up. The soup was wayyyyy salty, and I like salt. It was very price for a pick up place. Had to pay a tip as I ordered before I received any service. --. I'm seeing this in a lot of places -- can we please stop this. The place was clean and I did receive good service (again, after I paid). For the price I paid I should have been seated, ordered from a waiter and been attended to while eating; and food and presentation should have been better.”
