Steak 'n Shake

At the time I was on the road with my children and we were hungry and looking for a place to spend the night. It was kind of late in the evening and out of all the restaurants this was the only obvious choice and the only one we could order from without getting out of the car, at least that's what I figured. We took our food to our hotel and we enjoyed it. It could've been better but I can't complain.

Food was great, it was lunch time and the place was very busy. We had a 10 minute wait to be seated. The server took our order as soon as we were seated. We were in and out in less than 45 minutes.

I had a double Royale breakfast Burger. I do not recommend that you get this if you go to Steak and Shake there was hardly any meat on it then bacon was precooked and cold it was mostly lettuce and mayonnaise. I'm not saying that some of their other things aren't good because I've been there many times and I've had other stuff that is good. I would recommend it if you go to Steak and Shake any place that you eat off of the $4 menu because the value is better for the money that you're spending.
