    Tias is awesome! I went there for the 1st time earlier in the year, this past summer bc I thought it was still 317 Coffee & Donuts. But was pleasantly surprised it changed owners to Ashley & her husband. This place is great. Food is good, service is good. It’s a family affair with Ashley, her husband and the girls. Would recommend the chorizo tacos and can’t go wrong with a donut & coffee.

    Thoroughly enjoy the breakfast tacos, burrito, and biscuits and gravy. Very good and great proces!

    Love this place—the food and the people! Great donuts and breakfast sandwiches. Try it out if you haven t yet!

    Ashley is a really good friend. The coffee and service is wonderful. Mario and Miguel are also awesome. I enjoy coming in daily to my coffee fix. This is a family owned coffee shop. If you love coffee like I do, then come on over to Tia's. 😊❤️

    Great service! Got coffee and a donut, but will be back for tacos and breakfast burritos. Glad to see this in New Pal
