Wings Etc.

I've been here several times since it opened, and the past several times have been great. The service is fast and friendly, the food is good, and I leave happy and full. We'll go back!

My new favorite wing place! We have eaten as a family in the dining area, but I have also spent a few nights in the bar as well. The wait staff has always been great and the bartenders, Rachael and Selina, made it a fun place to hang out. I think this is my new hangout!

The bar staff is fairly attentive. They get pretty busy, especially on monday and Thursday which are their wing night discounts, but they will be sure to check on you. Wings come out hot and crispy like promised. I like the Wango sauce.

The food is pretty decent and the beer is cold but the service needs to be worked on. The bartenders while they are nice need to pay attention more to their customers. They also need to be trained in what types of beer they carry and be able to explain it. I really think that if they take the time to learn their job properly and hone their craft it will greatly increase the level of service. Once they Master the service portion this place will be great. They could take lessons from the Plainfield location. Another thing is they have televisions all over this restaurant but they only show a couple of games. If they want people to come in to eat and drink and watch the games they should have a different game on almost every television. Also it's quite pricey. $25 for a large beer and 10 wings.
