Delish Food! The Server was Attentive and He was Very Entertaining and Smooth. We loved out Mongolian Beef and Rice Bowls. It was Served Prompt and Hot And the Presentation was Pleasing. I had a Green Tea and it was So Amazingly Fresh and TASTY! This is a great addition to the Neighborhood!!

Tried it for the first time last week and instantly loved the food, the service, and the atmosphere. I HIGHLY recommend the ramen and the mandarin chicken. I'll definitely be eating here on the regular from now on! 😊

My teen boys and I stopped in for lunch today. They love ramen as do I. The shoyu broth was much better than the miso. The chicken and beef were both tasty. The staff is friendly and helpful. Appears to be a father and son operation.

The boys loved the crab rangoon. The portions were large. Good for me but but neither teen finished his meal. One took half home. The other ate most but thought the noodles were too much. Something to keep in mind if you are bringing kids.

Nice area to eat in, very friendly owner, pretty good and filling ramen for a chilly day. As someone who really enjoys ramen and has enjoyed most spots in indy and several from out of state i will give my critique.

Best part of the ramen was the protein. The pork and beef were actually delicious! Pork cut nice and tasted great. The beef had a really good flavor that suprised me

The egg was good but slightly overcooked. I suggest going for the perfect soft boil. The egg tasted like it was marinated in the soy sauce as one would expect. However i think it either needs to be marinated a little bit longer or the marinate be a little stronger! Im no expert just my opinion. Overall still good.

As for the miso broth it was ok! But from my experiance i like a thicker broth, the consistency of a ramen broth is a big tell. I found the consistency to be quite thin ( watery) rather than thick and it was reflected in the taste. Shoyu ramen is something expected to be more thin or switching gears, pho is usually more thin and watery but when it comes to ramen, love to see those thick consistency broths with tonkotsu and miso.

Lastly and i think my biggest gripe was the noodles. The thickness of the noodles and their texture was great! My issue was the broth did not "grab" and "stick" to the noodles. They stood out each bite from the flavor of the other ingredients because well they did not have the flavor of them. They just had noodle taste instead of that noodle flavor coated with delicious broth, it felt more of a chore to get them out of the way.

For a brand new ramen spot here in indy on the west side it is a solid place for a hot bowl of ramen that is cozy with good friendly service. I think first time ramen eaters will love this spot. But to compete with some of the best ramen in indy or impress people who really love the dish will take some time and adjustments!

Would give another shot in the future!

I got take out there for the first time and it was amazing! I ordered through their website on my laptop computer and it was very easy and was able to adjust parts of my order to my exact liking.

I got two pork egg rolls and the Tonkotsu with medium spice and two half soft boiled eggs.

When getting take out the cashier said they split the soup into one container and the noodles into another so they wouldn’t get soggy on the way home. When I got home, I mixed it together in the bigger container and it was so freaking good.

The broth was rich and creamy with just right amount of heat. The other ingredients were nice and warm and so much flavor. It was great to pick through the dish and get different flavors with each bite.

The egg rolls were great too and loved them!

I can’t wait to go back and keep trying different combinations.
