Good fried chicken here. The red beans and rice side dish is good but it is a little disappointing. They should rename this dish rice with a small trace of beans.

We usually get the 10pc. All White Spicy Family Meal. We always get 4 dipping sauces. However, the last time we were in there, my husband ordered a 2 piece meal and was told if he didn't get tenders then she can't give him dipping sauces for free they would be $0.25 each. Never seemed to be a problem before. The cooks in the back are either always on their phones or moving very slowly and act as if they weren't at work to begin with. And I've only seen three employees working at a time. That maybe why there is always a long wait. However, the food is always delicious. I looove the biscuits and honey ????

Fast food fried chicken isn't always the best. This place is no exception. The chicken was really greasy and the pieces were really small. I think it is better than KFC but it's a far sight from the best fried chicken I've ever had. The coleslaw is pretty tasty and juicy which made up for the chicken. The biscuits are extremely dry but are still good. The low rating is for the service which is usually bad. They don't get orders right and when you correct them they get offended and short with you. They also seem more interested in the conversation they are having with their co-workers than serving customers. I know these guys aren't paid very well but that doesn't excuse you from doing a good job and attending to your customers.
