Hot Head Burritos

OK, I was asked to elaborate on my review because the owner was curious as to why only two stars.
My wife, my two daughters and I decided to try this place as it was brand new in town. We had been watching them get the place ready over the past several months.
We stopped in and each ordered burrito bowls. They wound up making an extra one because they misheard my daughter. I mean, what petite 13 year old doesn't eat two adult sized meals. As we made our way down to the end to pay, the cashier rang me up for $80 and change. Seriously!?! She double checked the order and that's when we realized about the extra meal. The cashier said, "Well she ordered it!" Rather than argue I just said forget it, and paid the bill. The food was so-so in my opinion. Better than Taco Bell but not as good as El Chili Poblano across the street. Which, by the way, I've taken my family there for dinner and paid a lot less then $80 for a good meal.
I will say that the place was clean and well kept.
I can't see a scenario where I'll return but I wish them luck in the future.

My burrito was great. Don't know how often I will go back though. $16 for one burrito and a drink is pretty pricey. Was confusing ordering through drive through.

Great tasting food. Been to hot heads in other places 100’s of times and this taste likes HotHead. However, the way that this restaurant folds the burritos is completely wrong compared to all of the others I have eaten at. Hopefully you guys can fix this issue in the future and fold a burrito to where all the ingredients don’t fall out after the first bite.

The food was okay could have more flavor, I know this is a learning experience since there brand new. I’ll give them another try in the future. Just a heads up you will spend over $30 for 2 people which is over priced. Definitely recommend seasoning better.

I really wanted to give 5 stars because I thought the food was great. However, I think the customer service could be a little better. This was our first time eating here and we felt as if they thought we should automatically know what we wanted and how it was supposed to be made. We also felt like they rushed us through the line, which didn't feel great.

But honestly, other than that, the food was pretty good. My youngest got the lil burrito and liked it a lot. He also got brownies with chocolate chip cookie mix.
