(March 8, 2019, 12:29 am)If you’re visiting Kokomo, Ray’s Cafe is a must! While they’re known for their tenderloin, all of their home style dishes are delicious. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The cafe itself is a clean, homey place that has a friendly air about it.
