Wendy's

I used to love Wendy's because I knew I would receive a freshly prepared sandwich to my specifications. Lately, the sandwiches have been way below that standard. It's frustrating to arrive home with everyone's meal choice in hand to discover nothing is as it was ordered. The wrong (or no) condiments, 1 strip of bacon torn into 3 pieces on the Baconator...same with the chicken clubs ....or items completely missing. Please bring back the standards and premium quality we once enjoyed and are still paying for. April 15, 2019 Once again I did not get what I ordered and once again I will be calling the store to let the manager know. The sandwich makers need to pay attention to the tickets. Hopefully they will get tired of me calling and fix the problems before I do and end up going elsewhere.

The restaurant's cleanliness in the seating area near the soda machines is constantly lacking. I eat here quite often and they have only once made an error in my custom orders, so that is good. Same great Wendy's taste you know and love. I know you are a budget-minded fast food place, but other chains see to be able to have a better grip on cleanliness.

Got a couple of combo meals—one using the Wendy's app—along with some chicken tenders, a double and some drinks. The order was filled speedily and efficiently and was hot and made to order. I can usually count on good service at this location and the staff is always friendly and welcoming.
