Taco Bell

A little bit unorganized, and in return the food was a little bit cold. however, it was also a dinner rush. So all in all, they did well. The reason for a 3/5 star is written below. This store is usually pretty good though.

I ordered an online order. I got there a little late than expected (about 2 minutes late), so yes, that was my bad. I waited in line and a customer asked me if I ordered through the app and verified my name, and she stated that they called my name a little bit before I walked in. So I went to the counter and said I was there to pick up an app order. The lady (management I believe) said "They are working on it." Not only did the gentleman that said my order was ready said that my name was called, but 2 other customers said to her that my order was ready and my name was called. She then said, "Oh, I see your order now." She was apologetic about the situation.

The Tocos we're good but there was to much rice and not much chicken in my Shredded Chicken Burito.

I absolutely love Taco Bell. Don't get me wrong, it's just that this one is pretty bland and kind of feels cold. Not temperature-wise, more like the people working don't really feel like people. They are just there to collect a paycheck.
