J J's Pizza Shack

I have ordered just about everything on the menu over the last several years and love everything they make except I can not get a 12” beef boat with green peppers, mozzarella cheese and pizza sauce only, NO Au jus and what do I get, my beef sandwich swimming in Au jus, their is so much Au jus that the bun is soaked and au jus floating in the styrofoam container, you try to eat your sandwich and it falls apart and can no longer taste the pizza sauce because it is watered down by the AuJus I did not want, their Beefboat does not say Au Jus & red sauce, it says Red Sauce. Someone needs to teach their employees how to make a Beefboat w/Red Sauce and NO AU JUS as ordered, I have said I want dry beef/beef-boat sandwich and what do I get dry beef and no red sauce & no au jus. Their loosing my business slowly, I have tried to order many different ways to get a Beefboat sandwich with out the au jus & with red sauce, how hard is that! Been disappointed to many times and no place to complain but giving a review.

Pizza is good, but I feel they put way to much sausage on their pizza. IF you like it that way then you will like it, but the last pizza I got from here I swear had more sausage then actual pizza sauce.

The wings and Taco pizza were really good. Clean fast friendly service. We go every year when we are in the area.

Great pizza and ice cream right off the interstate. Family friendly. Good prices. Ordered the Supreme pizza and it had a ton of toppings. Fresh made to order. We also ordered the Chef salad with no meat: good size, got four servings out of it. The ice cream was excellent. Unique flavors and an array of toppings to choose from. Will be stopping here again next time we pass through!
