The Willard

I enjoyed the fried tenderloin. Which was served on two sides of the bun. My statement was, "I only ordered one" the waitress informed me they had giant tenderloin. These were not pounded out pancake thin, but a thick piece of meat x 2. Took enough home for another meal.My husband had the cod dinner. He loved the cod, fries, and hush puppies, he said there was green peppers in the slaw and needed to be more creamy. He hates green peppers. Lol. Over all, good meal for the price.

Great place. Wings and pizza always delicious. Great music tonight also.. we love going there.

This place is literally "where friends meet". We celebrated a buddy's 40th birthday here and it was really good. The appetizers are great. We had fried pickles and fried pepper jack cheese cubes and both were delicious. Then we ordered a Hawaiian pizza which was a little different than what I'm used to with Hawaiian pizzas but wasn't bad. The drinks were average or better. The service and atmosphere were wonderful. We were a pretty large and loud group occupying most of a back room. The waitress we had was on top of things and very nice. I highly recommend going to The Willard whenever you can.

Great atmosphere and food for a historic site in a great college town. Both high school and college sports, with a ("the") popular restaurant to meet up and join friends and debate popular topics make this a go-to place for the area. Owner does a good job focusing on guests and working hard to provide a great dining experience.
