Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Customer service is always on point and the newer owner does an excellent job and has definitely set the standard.

We had an absolutely great time this evening as a family at Dairy Queen! The customer service was excellent with every staff member we encountered. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We had a mistake with our order but it was quickly fixed and they gave us coupons as well (totally wasn't necessary but appreciated). Food was served hot and fresh. To top it off, they were slammed because it was free cone day. If this is the service you get on one of their busiest days of the year, I have no problems recommending Dairy Queen in Franklin to anyone.

We don't eat out a ton so we haven't been to this restaurant often. However, we will definitely be returning again soon. We were that pleased with the service.

Also, family night is every Wednesday night. Great way to feed the whole family and get dessert for a reasonable price.

This is my 2nd favorite dairy queen location. The food is always fresh and the order is correct. They have most of the same workers there that they had 20 years ago.

I love Dairy Queen and I think everything they have there is delicious. Although, whenever I go, I order a ROYAL chocolate brownie extreme and the ROYAL emphasizes adding fudge. I do this every time and have not received fudge over 4 times. Even though it’s delicious, fudge would definitely improve my experience.

After being super nice about us staying past close the staff was even better when I called them at 9:58 because I left my purse in the dining room. They left me found through the drive thru to get it. Thanks so much!!
