(October 12, 2019, 1:08 pm)I love this place. The food is fresh and made with care. I realize many restaurants try to do this, but let’s not confuse true effort with activity. I’ve been to plenty of restaurants where people had good intentions but we’re not talented to execute. It is clear that The Twisted Sicilian is both very capable and talented.
In talking to the staff and owners they appreciate where they have come from and the enjoyment of their food is paramount.
That said, I had the Italian beef, dipped and a side of the ravioli. Both were fantastic. I particularly really really enjoyed the sauce provided with the ravioli.
