(April 3, 2019, 11:24 pm)Crazy! Full house, three waiters, people waiting just to get seated, if not eating, table dirty, one group just walked out after waiting 15 min. after being seated with "no service." We have had our "to go: shake for 10 min. Waiting on to go food.

(February 14, 2019, 6:44 am)Food is always good. Still one of the good steak and shakes. Chain seems to be declining as I travel and have ate here for years with a long history of family working from dishwashers to executives. Every now and then you find one that is put together like they were 10 years ago. This is a good one. The 4 stars instead of 5 was based on total franchise. This local deserves a 5 star.

(February 9, 2019, 6:47 pm)Just had a wonderful lunch at Steak and Shake. They were very busy, but our server Nathan was great. He kept up with everything and was very professional. Manager even greeted us when we arrived. Best Steak and Shake experience we've had in awhile.
