The Cheesecake Factory

I went to my friend birthday party which was done at the cheesecake factory and I really like the setting. Good food, nice place to dine . The servers were very friendly and nice. but they were a little understaffed it was obvious and the service was a little drawn out. I do recommend this place though. With enough staff I believe that the service can get better.

Had a wonderful experience at this location. Our seating was mildly cramped, but didn't bother me too much. Food was phenomenal as well as dessert. Not a big fan of cheesecake, (I know, crazy!) but the tiramisu cheesecake was super good and might try it again!

Very tasty food and nice service. Menu can be a bit overwhelming since it's very lengthy.

We have gone here numerous times to the one near the Greenwood mall and have been satisfied every time. Even when a dish was not liked, the waiter handled it and got a replacement.

If you can handle the sugar, the Chocolate Tower Truffle cake is awesome. :-)

I enjoy this place every time I visit. It has been a lot more here recently as I have had a taste for tiramisu! The staff is always helpful and friendly. I would say if you haven’t been here you should visit today!

I went here with my girlfriend and had a wonderful experience! We ordered a margarita, chicken Madeira (of course), shepherd's pie, tuxedo cheesecake, and lemon meringue cheesecake. ALL of those were delicious and filling! We both thought that the margarita could have been larger or at least less expensive for the amount they gave us. The chicken Madeira was phenomenal as always. The shepherd's pie was also very delicious and I could tell they put a great deal of effort into the flavor.

HOWEVER, there were two things I found I DIDNT like about the Shepherd's pie. Traditionally, or at least as I understand it, one would grate the carrots and onions to a very small pieces so it would become part of the filling as it baked. The carrots at least were in chunks and certainly not grated. Second, the potatoes on top of the dish were simply heated and placed on top of the dish instead of placing both the filling and the mashed potatoes together in a dish so that the potatoes covered all of the filling and baking it until the potatoes became golden brown. This is my personal preference on how to make shepherd's pie and I was surprised they didn't finish the dish in that manner. It was delicious but not what I would call 100% shepherd's pie.

The cheesecake was phenomenal as always. The environment amazing. Service perfect. Ambient music was on point. They played some great songs at an appropriate volume so you could choose to listen but it wasn't overpowering.
