Pizza & Libations

Yesterday, My husband and I were excited to try this new restaurant that’s close to home, unfortunately we left feeling they just missed the mark. The atmosphere is good and our server was great! She answered all of our questions and quickly refreshed drinks!
We started with the focaccia appetizer which was served with olive oil and marinara sauce. The sauces needed some seasoning. The straight olive oil was bitter. We got 4 pieces of bread for $15. Seems a bit high.
Next we ordered pizza, my husband ordered the Hawaiian and I ordered a simple build your own cheese pizza (as these are my favorite). The cheese pizza had little flavor and was rather chewy. The Hawaiian wasn’t as flavorful as expected and the toppings were sparse.
It’s also worth noting that the restaurant shared they were out of Lasagna when we were seated. It was early afternoon when we dined.
Overall I feel these are minor tweaks that will hopefully be ironed out as they come up to speed. We’ll give them some time to get established before trying them again.

Our first trip was wonderful! We had 2 different pizzas and they were both amazing! If you like spicy… the “Light Em Up” pizza is fabulous!
Their spirit selection will not disappoint!
The establishment is beyond beautiful.

Fun & exciting nite out with the New best Pizza in town, by far! Meatballs absolutely delicious 😋 Drinks we're, outstanding - Everything I thought it would Be, completely satisfied, from the time we entered, till we left. Well Done & a big Congrats to the kitchen staff!

The wife and I just found our new Tuesday night date spot! P&L Pizza & Libations is not just a pizza joint, it’s a legit restaurant with great food and drink options for the most discerning pallete and/or a true pizza enthusiast. And the drinks…wow! The gluten free crust is the best ever according to my wife. What an experience!!! The staff is well trained and ready to dish out some yummy goodness. Their grand opening is Tuesday and you should be there!

Great soft opening at pizza & libations last night! Both kids gave it 2 thumbs up (which is truly difficult to achieve !) & my husband says “I don’t say this because I’m biased but I consider myself a pizza critic and believe that this is the best gluten free speciality pizza in the state.” So you definitely need to try it this week (officially opens Tuesday!)
