Jack's Pizza

I have had good pizza from Jack's for many years. I have never had any issues.

So much consistency here. The staff is always friendly even though i always get takeout. Listen, the pizza here is no frills with a thin crust with a great price and they always have deals going on. It just works. Its never soggy like some places that have an entire veggy garden on a pie. I like this style, the crust and the flavor. And its the same quality every time as well as made quickly. I have never gotten delivery from here but im sure its fine. Good people and good pies here!! Go Jacks!!

I can not find a Jacks pizza like this location. It’s been a year since I moved from greenwood and I still travel to this location because no one else compares to them. It’s a drive, but well worth it.

I have ordered from here many times and usually get the deluxe pizza. Yesterday I ordered the deluxe pizza and asked for no jalapenos on it. I pick up the pizza and when I arrive home the pizza has jalapenos all over it. I should have checked before I left the store. The receipt even said in red print, no jalapenos. I take the pizza back to the store and ask them to remake it and I received no apology whatsoever as I sat there 20 minutes waiting for them to make another pizza. I don't expect free things but a simple sorry goes a long way when you're paying $26 for a pizza. I will continue to go there but I highly suggest the staff is trained in customer service a little better, especially the manager who hands me the pizza and says, and that's with no jalapenos this time while laughing. Pizza quality was good once made the right way. Customer service quality, not so much.
