We had a Christmas get-together. They gave us a new waiter.. he didn't do too bad. He just needs practice. The food was good and we had a good time.
Loved the urban vibe of this place. Unique, but still comfortable. the menu offered some unique food pairings like the avocado toast topped with an over easy egg. Unique and still delicious!
Delightful dining experience with friends! My two dear friends treated me to brunch at this new restaurant in Center Grove. What a delicious dining experience! The brunch menu has an inviting selection of Belgian waffles, French toast, southern biscuits and gravy, salads, to which chicken can be added, and many other items. I've often heard about avocado toast but have never seen it on the menu. I had to try it here. For those of you who might wonder what it is like, it can only be searched as a flavor-filled explosion in your mouth! It was such an unexpected delight! One friend ordered southern biscuits and gravy, just like her Kentucky grandmother used to make. She had to stop herself from locking the plate. In her words, the biscuits were as soft as a cloud. My other friend ordered the salad with the chicken. She was thrilled with the flavorful dish. Our waiter Michael was extremely attentive and polite. It was a wonderful experience, and we can't wait to go back with our families!
So happy to have another nice place to eat in CG. I loved our lunch, a few small things would have made it even better.
The soup should have come out before mains. An onion soup should have the cheese broiled so it caramelizes. The base of the soup was great.
The Johnny Cakes and Smoked Trout was really good. A bit more of the sauce or some cheese in the batter would help the dryness of the corn. The fish and potatoes were on point.
The chef salad was great too, especially the bourbon bacon!
We will be back!
This is my favorite new restaurant in the area. Everything I’ve ordered from Antilogy has been delicious - and at this point I’ve tried most of the dinner menu and a handful of things on the brunch menu.
Ordering 1-2 shareable items and a cocktail or coffee per person feels like the perfect amount and keeps the cost reasonable. The quality of both the food and service is excellent. You should try this place if you haven’t already.
