It was great. A little bar with food. Great service and excellent ob tap beer.

We usually have fantastic service at Chubbies. And it's usually wonderful food. We did have one evening where we went and I believe the waitress forgot to submit our food order.

Went in this afternoon with my husband to eat a "build a burger", a cup of coffee and a basket of homemade chips. Great taste and less than $10 for both of us. However, we asked for a spoon to stir the coffee and after 2 passes she brought-1 spoon. My husband and I have been married for years so sharing wasn't a problem-just suprised. We ordered our burgers deluxe (with mayo) and we had to ask for a knife to spread the mayo. She brought-yep, 1 knife. And we had to ask for napkins-2 of those, thank goodness. Because good burgers are yummy messy. I felt like since I was asking for a spoon, a knife and a napkin that it wasn't something they just normally brought to the table. And only 1 utensil per table? Surprising...

Nice little place in the last place you would expect it, a bowling alley. The service was good and the food was what you'd expect for bar food. The pretzel sticks on the other hand are out of this world, soft on the inside and just enough crunch on the outside. Served with a very good beer cheese. Price is pretty reasonable for portion size. Capped the night off with winning $100 on pull tab so after meal I was up $65. Not bad when you get paid to eat at a restaurant. Will be back to try something else.
