Arby's

We ordered two classic roast beef sandwiches, with horsey sauce. We got back on the road, then realized that they didn't put any sauce in. It is very aggravating, and has happened before. We love their sandwiches, but ordered two, but was charged for 3, and received 3. Darn.

Food was okay. Restaurant looked nice. Had a decent time but nothing spectacular

The counter employees were very friendly, most tables were clean, food was good and I had coupons which also made it quite affordable.

This may be my first 5-star review for a fast food restaurant. Drove through after an extremely long day at work for a late night meal.
The food was fresh, hot and fast but most importantly the two girls working the drive-thru were friendly and smiled like they were happy to see me.
Weird that we've gotten to a point that those simple things are the difference between excellence and mediocre.
So thank you Arby's for being fresh fast and friendly!.. after my day of hell you didn't serve me a meal, you served me a small reminder of the goodness of Humanity.
