Great food! One of my favorite cheeseburgers in town. Staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive. Food always arrives quickly. Very easy to call for a pick up order.

The first time friend and I ate here it was wonderful! This second time not so much. My monte cristo was very dry and over cooked/burnt on the edges. But, the wait staff were all absolutely wonderful!

Spent 2 weeks at this hotel and probably ate at the Palette 4 times. Great service! And the food is excellent! Wait staff works their butts off! Would definitely recommend it.

We were not the biggest fans when this place was Bella Vitale and when it changed we thought it would be just more of the same. After numerous friends and co-workers told us what a great time they had there we finally decided to check it out. WOW. What a difference. The decor is modern and sleek and we felt right at home immediately. The hostess seated us near the fireplace which was perfect because my wife always feels cold. The server greeted us immediately and described the menu and specials and informed us of the drink special which was house wine for $5.00...right up our alley. There were several dinner features in addition to the regular menu which is large but not overwhelming. We had the Calamari appetizer and it was fantastic. For dinner I ordered the Ribs and my wife selected the Sea Bass, both were awesome, and came with salad or soup. We were so full, when the server asked if we would like dessert, we declined but he suggested taking something to go for a late night snack...so glad we decided to take home a piece of the Lemon Cake it was out of this world and a huge slice. Palette is definitely a welcomed alternative to the chain places in town. We will be back.
