    We arrived during the breakfast/lunch transition and decided to grab some lunch from Blacktop BBQ. Initially, the mac and cheese wasn't ready, so we decided tho come back and it was the best choice ever! We got the jerk chicken, which was EXTREMELY mild asking with double mac and cheese as the sides. To top it off, we got cornbread on the side. Portions were nice and the food was delectable. Thanks Chef Bellamy. You're the best!

    I read about both trucks in the paper recently and tried both today after a bike tour of local landmarks with DecayDevils.org. They were fantastic! (The tour too!)

    At “Cracked The Egg Came First” I had a veggie egg sandwich and it was amazing! I see why this is a successful chain in Illinois. Try it. You’ll love it!

    Same at Blacktop BBQ. I had the brisket with greens and cabbage (Carry out for dinner tonight) and they were great!
