Gelsosomo's Pizzeria Griffith

Very good food and great pizza. I order from here once a week and love everything I order. I had one issue with a delivery order and called the restaurant and they had a new pizza at my house in 30 minutes with their apologies. They recently opened so mistakes are to be expected but they are very happy to fix them if you bring it to their attention.

Great thin crust pizza. Sweet sauce very similar to another large local pizza chain. Would of been 5 stars but they didn’t include the side of extra pizza sauce I asked for when placing the order online. The sauce is that good that I even ask for extra on the side. Guess that’s why I should always check the order before I leave the restaurant.

Great experience & pizza was amazing! First time trying Chicken Alfredo pizza. I definitely will try it again. $6 Martini's on Tues & select appetizers 1/2 price. Oscar was our server & he made our day! We had so much fun joking around with him. We will definitely be back! Oscar thank you for a great first time experience!

Although not a new pizza place, it is new to Griffith, and although downtown Griffith has quite a handful of pizza places to pick from, you'll want to put Gelsosomo's on your favorite list!

We tried them for the first time last night and I had no disappointments!! Pizza is my entire life, and i give this place nearly a 10 out of 10! Sauce is on the sweeter side, which I LOVE. The crust was crunchy and thin and perfect. The staff, although i think in the process of trying to hire on more people, were so so nice and polite. I felt like they were super accommodating and handling themselves well for a busy, hectic first week open. We will definitely be frequenting this new pizza place in our neighborhood. I recommend!!
